The Dang President

The success, vision, and inspiration of Dang Chicks comes from its founder, Stephanie O’Connor. As the original Dang Chick, Stephanie has forged a one-of-a-kind company that encourages creativity from its partners, customers, and employees alike. Her employees are encouraged to take risks, learn from mistakes, “bring the solution” (not just the problem), treat others like they want to be treated, and be confident in themselves because they are “good enough right where they are”. As a result, the company has developed products that are truly inspired by real, everyday women that work hard, play harder and live life to the fullest.

As Stephanie juggles her duties as wife, mother, and business owner, Stephanie never loses sight of her company’s goal which is to create and inspire others to be their own true selves using the company as her platform. Wholeheartedly supporting Stephanie with her vision are her husband and their 2 inspiring children.

The Dang Model Chick

Sweet. Southern. Beautiful. Dang. Amanda is a true Georgia peach that really is as sweet as she looks. She has quickly become a fan favorite, and really is the face of Dang Chicks.

Of course, she loves running and working out when she is not hanging out with her friends. We love us some Amanda!

The Dang Operations Chick

Handling Dang Chicks daily business operations is no easy task, but Christina makes it all look like a breeze. The Dang Driven Chick that she is allows Christina to get through the hustle and bustle of managing the Dang Chicks operation center and then going home to enjoy her husband of 12 years and her 2 children, all with a smile on her face. She is focused on making Dang Chicks and her family run like a well oiled machine. Raised in Louisiana, she now enjoys the life she has made in Atlanta with cooking, playing tennis and attending her sons baseball games. And those LSU Tigers, too.

The Dang Fulfillment Chick

Jayne is the quiet DURING the storm. The one that sweats ice cubes when the chips are down. Able to leap tall orders in a single bound, Jayne is rumored to be allergic to Kryptonite. She even turned down deals from comic book companies who wanted to just hang out with her for inspiration so she could come work for us. When the chicks need orders filled, inventory processed, or a cat is stuck in a tree we know we can count on her to save the day!

The Dang Sales Chick

Karen is our main sales chick, sharpshooting her way to success and riding high! Her wholesale accounts love her southern accent, country music roots, and dang chick attitude as they look at her as a member of their staff. Able to build trust in a single cloud of dust, Karen, and her trusty sidekick "Lightning" (her dog) ride off into the sunset to help another customer.

The Dang Picture Chick

When not snapping awesome pictures of the latest Dang Chicks products (sometimes even modeling them too), Mia is photographing her other loves: fashion, jewlry, food, and her greatest love of all…her son James. She enjoys traveling, the beach, and fine wine and cheese. She also loves music from the 70′s and is the worlds biggest Hall and Oates fan. Proof of her retro roots comes from proudly reminding us that she owned a Cher doll when she was ten and loved Donny and Marie! Dang Chicks wouldn’t be the same without our models and the amazing photographs that Mia brings to life for our brand.

The Dang Fulfillment Chick

Raquel is our rock when it comes to making sure the dang stuff goes from our warehouse to your house. A former store manager for a major retailer, this chick knows how to keep things moving and looking calm, cool, and collected all at once.

The Dang Bookkeeper

A Texas native turned Georgia Peach, Vikki brings the bookkeeping heat (if there is such a thing) to the table. Her gifts are keeping everyone on our toes around here and making sure the debits and credits all line up the way they should.

The Dang Knucklehead
Where there are websites to build, systems to maintain, and financials to manage, you will find our main man Tim. Tim keeps the company running smoothly and is our go-to-guy on which button not to push. In addition to developing our sales support and logistics systems, Tim contributes his wealth of marketing & entrepreneurial knowledge to help keep the Dang Chicks momentum going strong. When Tim is not in demand at Dang Chicks he spends time with his wife and their 2 boys, playing golf and fishing.
